A clear sign of end-state enshittification is how prevalent these obnoxious trade-offs have become. Companies like Apple, Amazon, or Google used to try to create value for its customers. Now they work to see how much value they can extract from them. In the process, they burn up any goodwill they accumulated. I would drop Apple, Amazon, or Google in a minute if I had a viable substitute, but realistically, I don't, so I put up with their bullshit, and develop a resentment toward them that will prompt me to drop them and never return once a viable alternative presents itself.
