Great explanation of a difficult concept. I remember going through a phase that dragged on for a few years in meditation. Every few weeks I would return to spending a day or two meditating on emptiness. Those meditations always made me feel extremely uneasy which actually told me that they were probably the most important meditations l could do. I found it really helped me purge a lot of things that I used to cling to, self-aggrandizing thoughts, self-loathing thoughts, and attachments. It feels like I dropped a lot of luggage and now I kind of travel light.
