Dipshits like Greg Locke test my patience. I recently read your post about forgiving one's enemies. Buddhists call the practice a commitment to non-retaliation. I have been practicing it for many years, and it does tend to quiet the mind and eliminate thoughts of revenge which stoke hatred and resentment. Ignorant people like Greg Locke remind me of the need to practice compassion for his idiocy because my first reaction to people like him is a strong desire to pound his face to a bloody pulp.

It's sad that we live in a time when adherents to a major religion think and act as he does.
