These people need to go on a quest to find Jesus‘s DNA, perhaps from the shroud of Turin or Holy Grail. It would contain a Y chromosome directly from God. Mary being a woman could only contribute X chromosomes, and any other chromosome in the DNA could’ve come from either parent, but the Y chromosome could only come from a male, and since it was an immaculate conception this chromosome must come directly from God. That’s some holy sperm.
