When you make absurd proposals, it’s difficult to take you seriously. I appreciate the spirit of what you want to accomplish, but when you propose things like banning interest or rent, pillars of the real estate economy, it’s so ridiculous that the only reasonable reaction is mild bemusement. Nobody anywhere will ever take that idea seriously.
